About
Mid-April 2026 marks the release of Right Here, a new rock/pop album from songwriter and multi-instrumentalist David Kaufman. Released through Citybeat Records, the album is available across major streaming platforms. Right Here is Kaufman’s first full-length solo album. The collection moves across styles and moods while remaining rooted in rock and pop. He calls it “new wave for the 21st century.” The album’s lead track, “Together Now,” is a catchy number that turns the “phone call song” on its head. Kaufman explains, “The lovers no longer need to call each other up because they are finally together!” David Kaufman is a solo musician, singer and songwriter best known for his work with The Nails. He co-wrote the underground hits 88 Lines About 44 Women and Home of the Brave, songs that continue to reach new audiences. 88 Lines about 44 Women has over 5 million streams on Spotify alone.
