About
Lilly Hill is a 23-year-old singer songwriter from Macclesfield. She has studied songwriting for the last three years in Sheffield and has written an alternative-pop album called 'Fuzzy Felt'. She has been performing since she was very young and has worked together with musicians from her hometown to create an album celebrating the people who inspired her as she grew up. During her time at university, she rekindled her love for puppetry, and created a character called Fuzzy. He became her muse after the mischief he got up to over the three years put him in some uncompromising positions. (She promises she isn't projecting or anything like that). Influenced by artists like dodie and Lizzie McAlpine, with a strong voice with roots in musical theatre and rock, Lilly blends her powerful hard-hitting lyrics with genre-blending instrumentation and production.
