About

The Constellations are a Nashville-based multi-genre band originally formed in Atlanta in 2008. Blending Southern Gothic, indie rock, and hip hop elements into a sound entirely their own, the band quickly earned critical acclaim and landed placements across film and television including Chuck, Royal Pains, Suits, The Vampire Diaries, Horrible Bosses, and more. Their genre-defying approach and emotionally charged songwriting continue to resonate with listeners from all different walks of life. After a years-long hiatus filled with various side projects and evolving musical ventures, frontman Elijah Jones found himself revisiting original material in mid-2023 while working on music under the project Elijah Jones & the CCs. As the sessions unfolded, it became clear that the songwriting was naturally pulling back toward the spirit and sound of The Constellations. From there, the band was reborn. Since reforming in 2023, The Constellations have released two new records and returned to the stage with renewed energy, actively performing across the United States and reconnecting with longtime fans while introducing a new generation to their music. Their latest chapter captures both the rawness of their earlier work and the growth that comes from time, experience, and reinvention. Elijah’s lyrics tell stories of loss, heartbreak, recovery, and the resilience of the human spirit. With this new era, The Constellations have evolved into something both familiar and entirely new — a band rooted in authenticity, driven by emotion, and committed to creating music that feels timeless.
