Capture desk

Start with the evidence, not the automation.

This planning journey shows how private source material should enter a review. Camera, upload, OCR and storage remain switched off until identity, tenant scope, retention and provider boundaries are proven.

Capture routes

One inbox rail, several honest starting points

  1. Business card

Extract possible contact fields and mark uncertainty.

  2. Meeting note

Preserve the original wording beside a reviewed summary.

  3. Photo or document

Keep access private and disclose any processing provider.

  4. Quick note

Turn a thought into a review item, not an invisible automatic task.

Privacy boundary

Private means unauthorised people cannot fetch it.

A reassuring label is not enough. Source images need authorised retrieval, tenant and user scope, explicit retention and deletion outcomes, and truthful third-party processing disclosure before live capture opens.

  • No public source-image URL
