Ashdub Hotels collects the searches you run (retained in your account history when signed in), bookings you make, and payment confirmations — card details never touch our servers. We collect nothing we don't need to run the service.
Your data runs your account and nothing else: it is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to train AI models. Where AI features process what you type (for example rewriting or analysis), the content is processed transiently to produce your result.
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) in encrypted form, scoped to your account with row-level security. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and its data deleted, at any time: email hello@ashdub.com from your account email. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
