Slough Ironing

Slough Ironing collects your name and contact details, your collection postcode and any access notes you give us, the items you book in, your preferred collection days, and your order history. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe, so your card number never touches our servers. If you create an account, we also hold your account email.
Only to run your collections: pricing your order, arranging collection and delivery, sending your receipt and confirmations, and applying any membership discount you hold. Nothing else.
The local pressing specialist assigned to your order receives the minimum they need to do the work: your first name, the item list, and the collection details. Stripe processes payments and our email provider sends receipts. We never sell your data and never pass it to advertisers.
Order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as accounting and legal rules require, then deleted securely. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, wherever the law allows.
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@wokinghamironing.co.uk from the contact details on your order and we respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
