Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ashdub.com and the websites and apps you build with it. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Ashdub builds and hosts websites and business apps from your descriptions. We aim for the service to be fast and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features over time.

Your account

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must verify your email address; unverified accounts may be restricted. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

Your content and your sites

Everything you add to your sites remains yours. You give us the licence needed to host, process and serve it, and you’re responsible for it: it must be lawful, must not infringe anyone’s rights, and if your site collects visitor data you are responsible for handling it lawfully. AI-generated content is created from your input; review it before relying on it.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful sites; no spam, malware, phishing or scraping of the service; nothing that disrupts other users. We may suspend or remove sites or accounts that break these rules.

Payments

Paid features (such as custom domains or premium plans) are billed via Stripe at the prices shown when you buy. Where the law gives you cancellation or refund rights, those apply; otherwise fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Our brands

Ashdub also operates its own consumer sites (such as ashdub.flights and ashdub.hotels). Bookings made on those sites are covered by the terms shown on the relevant site at the time of booking.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or the content of sites built by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@ashdub.com. We may terminate accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
