A plumber's complete site with two routes from the first click — an urgent call-out with what to do while you wait, and planned work that ends in a written quote — plus areas, credentials and prices held for the plumber to confirm, and requests that arrive in the plumber's inbox ready to quote or book.

  • The postcodes and towns you cover, your hours and how quickly you can usually reply — every one is a slot for you to confirm
  • Your call-out, hourly and parts pricing
  • Who receives urgent call-outs and quote requests: chosen from your own team after setup (nobody is emailed until you choose)
  • Photo upload from customers is not connected yet: customers say they have photos and you ask for them in your reply
  • Your privacy notice and terms (the sample wording is a placeholder, not legal advice)
