A calm, trust-led site for a private mental-wellbeing practice: who it is for and who it is not, how first contact works, referral routes and fees held for the practice to confirm, an enquiry that asks for contact details only, and a clear boundary pointing to public services for urgent help. Nothing clinical is claimed.
