About 4.5 kg, twelve meals for two: mince 1 kg, twelve sausages (1 kg), four pork chops (1 kg) and a rolled brisket or shoulder (1.5 kg)
The Sunday box£75
About 6 kg, four Sunday lunches for four: rib of beef on the bone, dry-aged 35 days (2 kg), pork belly (1.5 kg), ox cheek (1 kg) and lamb shoulder in season (1.5 kg)
The half-lamb share£190
About 9 kg: half a Herdwick cut your way, legs, shoulder, chops, mince and the neck
