What you receive

Each finding, why it matters and a fixed price to fix it. You choose what, if anything, to do.
1. Front door, euro cylinder
£95 fittedStandard cylinder, no anti-snap line; can be snapped in under a minute. Fit a 3-star TS007 cylinder; your insurer may ask for it.
2. Back door, single nightlatch
£185 fittedNo deadlock; the latch can be slipped. Fit a 5-lever BS3621 sash lock and two bolts.
3. Patio doors
£60 fittedOlder track with no anti-lift blocks; the door can be lifted out. Fit anti-lift blocks top and bottom.
4. Ground-floor windows
£120 fittedHandles without locks, keys missing. Fit locking handles to four windows.
5. Garage side door
£55 fittedRim lock only. Add a hasp and a closed-shackle padlock.
