This website is run for Anna Fullbrook Makeup Artist, bridal, occasion, portrait, lesson, brow and lash artistry in Wokingham and across Berkshire. Website content is general information. Payments for weddings and trials
A radius of 20 miles is covered for weddings. Any further mileage incurs a surcharge of 50p per mile. All trials take place at Anna's makeup studio in Wokingham. It is advisable to secure your booking as soon as you can, as bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis. To secure your wedding date, a 25% deposit is required on booking and the remaining balance is payable one month before your wedding date. The deposit is refundable up to 8 weeks before the date of your wedding, or within 24 hours following your trial, less the cost of the trial.
Other services
A non-refundable 10% deposit is required on booking all other services. All non-wedding makeup, including trials, takes place at Anna's makeup studio in Wokingham. If you require your makeup at a different location, this will incur an additional charge.
Cancellations by you
Deposits are forfeited on cancellation by the client.
Cancellations by Anna Fullbrook
In the unlikely event that Anna is unable to attend a wedding, she will try to find a substitute makeup artist in her place. In the rare event that she is unable to do so, you will receive a full refund. In the unlikely event that Anna is unable to attend a bridal trial, she will first attempt to reschedule. If that is not possible, she will recommend an alternative artist and refund the deposit. Anna will always do her utmost to attend booked wedding preparations but is not responsible for any consequential loss or damages due to being unable to attend.
Your appointment
An enquiry does not reserve a date. Your booking is secured once Anna confirms it and the deposit described above is paid. Prices are Anna's 2027 price lists. Please tell Anna in advance about allergies, sensitivities, recent treatments or anything else that could affect a safe service. Do not continue with a product or treatment that causes discomfort. Suitability may need to be confirmed before some lash, brow or skin services. Results and wear vary with skin, preparation, environment and aftercare. Website content is general information.
Still being confirmed
Patch testing before lash or brow treatments, and whether photographs of your look may be used in Anna's portfolio or social media, are agreed directly with Anna before your appointment. Anna is preparing written terms for these; until they are published here, what Anna confirms to you in writing applies.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this website or in any booking terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
