Our role is to act as an intermediary or agent, facilitating your booking with the accommodation provider. YOUR BOOKING When you make a booking through our website, you are making an offer to book a room at the price listed. A binding contract is formed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from us. The contract for the accommodation itself is directly between you and the accommodation supplier (e.g., the hotel). Our contract with you covers the provision of our booking platform and service. PAYMENT We act as the merchant of record, which means we process your payment for the booking on behalf of the accommodation supplier. Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but the final charge is based on the supplier's rate. All prices are shown for the room, and unless explicitly stated, do not include additional charges like local taxes, resort fees, or tourism levies, which may be payable directly at the property. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES All bookings are subject to the cancellation and amendment policy of the specific accommodation supplier. This policy will be clearly displayed to you before you confirm your booking. It is your responsibility to read and understand it. To request a change or cancellation, you must do so through our platform, but the outcome is determined by the supplier's policy. LIABILITY Our responsibility to you is limited to providing our booking service with reasonable care and skill. As we do not own or operate the accommodation, we are not liable for any issues arising during your stay, including the quality of the service, safety, or any disputes you have with the supplier. Such issues must be addressed directly with the accommodation provider. GOVERNING LAW These terms and your use of our service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
