For Riders: We collect your phone number and the pickup and dropoff locations for your requested journeys. We do not require your name to post a journey request. For Drivers: We collect your name, phone number, and details of your valid UK private hire or taxi licence. This is essential for us to verify that you are legally permitted to operate. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use your information solely to provide and improve our marketplace service. For Riders: Your journey's location data is used to create a request that drivers can see and bid on. Your phone number is only used to connect you with a driver after you have accepted their bid. For Drivers: Your licence details are used for verification purposes to ensure the safety and legality of our platform. Your phone number is used to connect you with a rider whose bid you have won. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH We share information only when necessary to make a journey happen. When a rider posts a journey, the pickup and dropoff details are shared with all relevant, licensed drivers on our platform so they can decide whether to bid. This initial request is anonymous and does not include your phone number. Once a rider accepts a driver's bid, we share the rider’s phone number with the driver, and the driver’s name and vehicle details with the rider. This is to allow for direct communication and coordination for the pickup. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
