By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. OUR SERVICE Ashdub Taxi provides a neutral marketplace platform where individuals seeking transportation (Riders) can connect with licensed, independent private hire and taxi drivers (Drivers). Riders post details of a journey they wish to take, and Drivers can submit bids to carry out that journey. We act as an intermediary to facilitate this connection. OUR ROLE AND LIMITATIONS Ashdub is a technology platform, not a transportation provider. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers. The contract for transportation is a direct agreement between the Rider and the Driver. We are not a party to that agreement. While we take steps to verify that Drivers hold a valid licence upon registration, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, the safety of the journey, or the quality of the service provided by the Driver. USER OBLIGATIONS As a user of our platform, you agree to: Provide accurate and truthful information, including your identity, contact details, and (for Drivers) licensing status. Use the service for its intended purpose of arranging transportation. Treat other users with respect and courtesy. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Drivers are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own tax, insurance, and legal compliance. LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashdub shall not be liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or from the interaction between Riders and Drivers. Our liability is limited to the operation of the marketplace platform itself. GOVERNING LAW These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
