Are meeting actions assigned automatically?

No. Suggested actions remain review items until an authorised owner and due date are confirmed.

Can AshDub send the follow-up?

A draft is not sent. Delivery requires a configured provider, permission and a confirmed external result.

Can an admin see every private card?

Not by default. Subscription administration and a person's private work need separate role boundaries.
