How it works

A careful start, then regular walks.

Every new dog starts with a profile, a meeting at home and a short first walk — so the walker knows your dog before the regular walks begin.

The route

Five stops to a regular walk.

  1. Your dog's profile

Breed, size, behaviour, the walk you'd like and an emergency contact.

  2. Meet and greet

At your home, to meet your dog and agree keys and routines.

  3. A short first walk

Solo, so the walker learns your dog's pace and recall.

  4. Regular days

The days and times you need, confirmed by the walker.

  5. A note after every walk

Where you went, how it went and anything to know.

  • Matched to your dogSize, pace and temperament decide who walks together
  • Solo or small groupGroup walks only for dogs who enjoy company
  • A note after every walkWhere you went and how it went
  • An emergency contact on fileSomeone to reach if you can't be

At home

Keys, routines and your home.

Agree how the walker gets in, where leads and towels live, and anything your dog needs before and after a walk.

  • Key handling agreed in writing
  • Water and feeding routine
  • Towel-dry and settle after muddy walks
