How you slept, how you feel today and anything that has changed.

  2. Warm up

Mobility and the movement patterns for the day.

  3. The main work

The planned lifts or circuits, coached set by set.

  4. Notes

What went well and what changes next time, written into your plan.

Questions

Before you start.

Do I need to be fit already?

No. The plan starts from where you are today.

What if I have an injury or a medical condition?

Tell the coach at the consultation. Coaching is not medical treatment, so you may be asked to check with your GP or physiotherapist first.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes, trainers and water. The coach tells you what equipment is provided.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes. Small-group sessions are for two to four people.
