How it works
How ashdub. Garage runs the workshop day.
Six connected parts, one customer, vehicle and job record underneath. Here is what each one does, as it is today.

The six parts
The illustrations use sample data so no customer's details appear; the product screens on the home page are real.
01Diary
Technician and courtesy-car lanes across the day, week and month, with an unassigned queue and needs-attention counts across the top.
02Jobs
Every job carries its customer, vehicle, status, technician, health check and notes, from booked to complete.
03Estimates
Build estimates in sections of labour and parts, and start common services from saved service templates so they're quoted the same way every time.
04Records
Each customer is linked to their vehicles and every job; add a vehicle by registration and decode its make and model.
05History
Every job keeps one thread of the emails, texts and WhatsApp messages sent from it, plus the calls and notes your team logs.
06Phone
Technicians work from a phone: their day, health checks, notes and photos, with the board a tap away.
One connected job
The customer, the vehicle and the work travel together, so each step starts where the last one finished.
Drop the booking onto a lane, or let it wait in the unassigned queue until a bay is free.
The customer and vehicle records come with the job, along with their history.
Record a good, advisory and urgent health check and share the report with the customer.
Build the quote in sections of parts and labour, then email it with a secure approval link.
The customer approves line by line and signs on their phone; the decision is recorded on the estimate.
Approved work hands off to invoicing and is tracked through to paid.
