What you need to know
The arena is a pleasant 15-minute walk from Federation Square and Flinders Street Station along the Yarra River.
Take Tram 70 to the Rod Laver Arena stop, or travel by train to Richmond or Jolimont stations, both a short walk from the venue.
Only bags that can fit under your seat are permitted. Anything larger than 30cm x 30cm may not be allowed in.
The arena is part of a world-class sports precinct, located next to the MCG and AAMI Park, creating an incredible sporting atmosphere.
Getting there
Take Route 70 from the city centre. It stops directly at the arena. Trams within the central grid are free, but you will need a Myki card for this journey.
